The Community Sales Manager receives training and mentorship from the Area Sales Manager or Director, Sales / VP, Sales &amp; Marketing. The Community Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, while demonstrating respect and professionalism. Responsibilities include:  driving the overall sales process, maintaining continual development and implementation of effective and efficient sales and administration programs, providing product and company information, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive leads.Key Deliverables<ul><li>Actively participate in meeting or exceeding the sales targets and goals as specified in the Business Plan</li><li>Register all prospects and prospect records in the CRM system immediately</li><li>Complete the required follow-up with all internal customers and prospects by telephone, email etc. Record prospect notes and next-step follow-up in CRM system</li><li>Develop and implement a lead generation plan</li><li>Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive leads</li><li>Welcome/greet all prospects and deliver personalized presentation</li><li>Provide product and company information to customers</li><li>Be knowledgeable about the HOA deeds, school system, public report, community covenants and restrictions for your communities.
