The Sales Leader for APAC is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding Sensata’s footprint, and executing regional go to market strategies across key high priority markets. This leader will manage a geographically distributed sales and field applications team in APAC and will be directly accountable for rapidly scaling Sensata’s data center business in Taiwan, while accelerating the industrial business in Japan, India, and Oceania. Establishing the Taiwan Commercial Footprint<ul><li>Build the Taiwan in‑country organization (Sales + FAEs), including hiring, development, organizational design, and scaling technical capability.</li><li>Ensure rapid response and technical support for hyperscaler and data center customer needs.</li><li>Drive local ecosystem engagement including EMS, ODM, and SI partners.</li></ul>5.
