Create priority sales enablement tools and collateral to support revenue growth.</li></ul><ul><li>Demand Generation &amp; Campaign Execution: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, events) to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for assigned geographical region. Optimize the marketing funnel, manage automation and lead nurturing workflows, and track campaign performance for continuous improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Marketing Communications &amp; Brand Building: Develop integrated campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and product and solutions messaging. Create content for blogs, videos, case studies, social media, and thought leadership. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and manage event marketing and PR initiatives to boost visibility.</li></ul><ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, operations, business development, and communications team members. Serve as a liaison between product, vertical, and sales teams, leveraging Xylem’s internal network and external vendors as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Customer Insights &amp; Research: Support voice of the customer research, develop customer personas, and understand customer journeys and competitive landscape.
