This role requires a strong understanding of Power Platform and SharePoint 365 platforms.  Your expertise will drive adoption and productivity while ensuring solutions meet standards for deployment and governance.<h2> Requirements:</h2><h3>Power Platform Administration</h3><ul><li>Define environment strategies, solution packaging (ALM), connectors governance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.</li><li>Ensure naming conventions, version control, and release pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git.</li><li>Define and enforce security, authentication, and governance best practices using Azure AD, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.</li><li>Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated build, testing, and deployment of application components.</li><li>Recommend and implement best practices to improve maintainability, security, and user adoption.</li><li>Stay current with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 innovations.</li></ul><h3>SharePoint Administration</h3><ul><li>Administer and support SharePoint Online.</li><li>Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.</li><li>Manage site provisioning, migrations, and upgrades.</li></ul><h3>Process Documentation &amp; Improvement</h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain documentation, design diagrams, and deployment standards supporting scalable enterprise delivery.</li><li>Response to user requests for accounts, environments, and guidance in Power Platform.</li><li>Develop training materials, deliver workshops, and provide ongoing support.</li><li>Maintain Power Platform and SharePoint Center of Excellence.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Skills/Experience:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills; comfortable operating in an Agile environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SharePoint and Power Platforms.</li><li>Exposure to Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit and governance practices.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.</li><li>3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or On-Prem).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse modeling, security, ALM, and DLP frameworks.</li><li>3+ years of experience in configuring SharePoint Online, sites, lists, and libraries for integration with Power Platform.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $83,400.00-$111,200.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
