Develop and ensure adherence to a detailed commissioning schedule and plan, covering all aspects of pre-commissioning and start-up phases through to handover. Ensure compliance and progress reports are produced in accordance with client and legislative requirements. Liaise with government agencies where required to obtain necessary approvals prior to start-up. Prepare client acceptance forms and ensure satisfactory sign-off is obtained. Develop comprehensive quality, environment and safety commissioning plans. How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>Installation of Control and Protection cubicles, Electrical yard equipment, power and control cables, Laying, termination and testing of fiber cable, installation of reactors &amp; capacitor filter units, distribution panels and switchgears is expected.</li><li>Installation supervision and testing of primary equipment in FACTS. Knowledge of Protection relays and Control System (SCMS / SCADA) will be an added advantage.</li><li>Coordinate with design engineering teams, Sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and customers and ensure the Installation activities are carried out smoothly meeting the time schedule.</li><li>Technical co-ordination with sub suppliers and multiple stakeholders in different locations &amp; discuss with other departments / stakeholders to prepare the Division of works.</li><li>Involved in FAT / SAT activities with along with sub suppliers. Handson experience in projects handle in India / other country locations.</li><li>Good knowledge of IEC, NEC standards and customer specific standards (SEC, DEWA, North America etc.,) for installation is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and people skills with high focus on customers and stake holders and their needs.</li><li>Very strong knowledge of safety standards and be able to lead the safety responsibility at sites.
