The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing the building/site, facilities systems, and utility infrastructure for manufacturing facilities, as well as project management for various building, facilities and utility infrastructure expansions/upgrades. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the maintenance and operation of the building and site, including facilities equipment, machinery, and utility infrastructure.</li><li>Responsible for EHS functions, Safety Management by Walking Around (SMBWA) and 5s</li><li>Oversee building, facilities and utility system upgrades, renovations, and expansions as needed to support manufacturing operations.</li><li>Manage utility supply to the factory, including interface with utility providers.</li><li>Manage the Facilities maintenance staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.</li><li>Manage outsourced services for security, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, Fire alarm and sprinkler system, etc</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.</li><li>Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Develop and manage Facilities opex and capex budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and safety, to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management of manufacturing facilities, with a strong understanding of maintenance, operations and project management.</li><li>Experience with EHS programs and OSHA and environmental compliance rules</li><li>Experience managing projects and programs</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft office, and facility management software and tools.</li></ul> Bonus:<ul><li>Military background is highly preferred</li><li>Licensed electrician highly preferred</li></ul> About You:<ul><li>Hands-on; capable of being an individual contributor when needed</li><li>High degree of autonomy with strong initiative; a self-starter</li><li>You are adaptable and able to wear many hats</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li></ul> <div>You don’t meet every single requirement?
