<h1 style="">About the role</h1>As Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing Smartwyre’s go-to-market engine. You will be the analytical backbone connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—ensuring data accuracy, operational alignment, and predictable growth.  Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role blends strategic analysis, system design, and process optimization, helping leadership make informed decisions and drive scalable revenue performance as we expand globally. <h1 style="">What you'll do</h1> 1. GTM Analytics &amp; Insights <ul style=""><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, and ARR growth. </li><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings vs. ARR vs. revenue recognition metrics. </li><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Conduct cohort and funnel analyses to identify growth levers and performance bottlenecks. </li><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Support forecasting cycles with scenario modeling and variance reporting. </li></ul> 2. Process Optimization &amp; Enablement <ul style=""><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Map and continuously improve lead-to-cash workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and customer success systems. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Support annual/quarterly planning (territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling). </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Drive opportunity hygiene and forecasting rigor in partnership with Sales and CS leadership. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="color:rgb(111,111,114);font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Collaborate with Customer Success Ops on renewal forecasting and expansion tracking. </li></ul> 3.
