The Role in ContextThe Junior Finance Associate plays a vital role in supporting the execution of GreenCo’s financial management, reporting, and compliance framework across the Group. This position provides broad operational finance support including transaction processing, reconciliations, financial reporting inputs, and audit preparation, while ensuring that all finance activities adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and group-wide financial policies.  This position emphasizes operational finance support such as accounts payable and receivable processing, bank and ledger reconciliations and invoice management.The Junior Finance Associate helps maintain accurate financial records, supports timely reporting cycles and contributes to the integrity of GreenCo’s financial systems and processes. Key Duties:  A. Financial Operations &amp; Transaction Processing<ul><li>Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions in line with GreenCo’s financial policies.</li><li>Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and payment instructions.</li><li>Monitor and track supplier invoices, ensuring timely verification, approval, and payment.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.</li></ul>B. Reconciliations &amp; Financial Controls<ul><li>Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany balances.</li><li>Support the implementation and enforcement of internal financial controls.</li><li>Flag and escalate discrepancies or irregularities for timely resolution.</li></ul>C.
