This individual will rotate across three distinct team functions. Capital Markets Fundraising: develop and execute on the corporate financing plan by issuing different bonds and equity products. Treasury FP&amp;: forecast corporate liquidity, prepare board presentations, MOPR, and ad hoc Treasurer and CFO requests. Hedging Program: trade interest rates and foreign currencies to support the continued development of NEECH’s interest rate and foreign exchange hedging program. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support bond and equity transactions</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Build and update financing models</li><li>Digest market reports and benchmarks and present insights</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, articulating risk exposure, impact to earnings &amp; cash flows, and market insights.</li><li>Execute interest rate hedges and cross currency swaps alongside foreign debt issuances</li><li>Prepare materials for management overviewing our corporate hedge portfolio</li><li>Monitor interest rate markets and assess the potential impact on the company’s financial portfolio and capital structure.</li><li>Complete ad-hoc analysis of our current/future hedging and understanding their impact on our credit metrics and EPS</li></ul>  Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).</li><li>2+ years of experience in banking risk solutions/rates, corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, or financial risk management.</li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Bloomberg, FactSet, OpenLink skills preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.</li><li>Experience with interest rate derivatives and cross-currency swaps, ideally in a project finance or infrastructure context.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting concepts and regulatory frameworks is strongly preferred.</li></ul>
