The role will be focusing on daily administrative duties, senior executives calendar management and reception desk management.               Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Manage MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.</li><li>Manage claims process for MD.</li><li>Organise and manage logistics of the Leadership Team meetings, trainings and similar activities.</li><li>Organize company events, staff activities, and office parties.</li><li>Draft organizational announcements.</li><li>Oversee reception and attend to visitors</li><li>Oversee day-to-day office administrative operations, including facilities and supplies.</li><li>Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement, raise purchase orders.</li><li>Monitor office inventory and ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Manage office budgets and prepare expense reports.</li><li>Maintain accurate filing systems and records (electronic and physical).</li><li>Maintain up-to-date e-mail distribution system.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new employees, coordinating orientation and issuing laptops and phones.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li> Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.</li><li>5-7 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
