Join us in shaping the future of energy. </p><p></p><p><b>Job Description</b>:  </p><p>Repsol is seeking either a Development Analyst or Associate to join our dynamic team and support the western region’s growing utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the western United States. If you are passionate about working in a global, inclusive, and collaborative team to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for RRNA and the communities we serve, we want to hear from you. </p><p></p><p>This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy development, with opportunities for growth into increased project ownership over time.</p><p></p><p>Leveling (Analyst vs. Associate) will be determined based on prior experience, demonstrated technical capability, and ability to independently manage workstreams.</p><p></p><p><b>This position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. </b> </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li>Assist project leads in managing a wide portfolio of solar, wind and storage, focusing on achieving goals and defined target deadlines.
