Want to learn more? <a href="http://worldly.io/about">Read our story</a>.<h2>About The Role</h2>The Product Marketing Manager will support the product marketing team on a contract basis and drive product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for core Worldly analysis and risk management products.This role focuses on developing customer-centric go-to-market strategies, compelling messaging and positioning, and campaign and enablement assets. You’ll be focused on driving awareness, pipe, win rate, adoption and advocacy for Worldly’s analytics and risk management solutions. For the product areas that you work on, you’ll be responsible for understanding our market position, product differentiation, target personas, and their pain points to develop effective marketing strategies.<h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style=""><li>Create compelling marketing assets including demo videos, event sessions, website content, and sales decks</li><li>Conduct market research, customer interviews and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging and define the ideal customer profile</li><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases</li><li>Work with the broader marketing team to ensure flawless execution of product messaging across communications and campaigns and to progress towards achieving the marketing team’s key results.</li><li>Collaborate with product management to translate technical features into customer benefits</li><li>Enable the sales team with training, messaging, key talking points, visuals and materials needed to effectively sell our solutions</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain risk management, sustainability, and climate adaptation.</li></ul><h2>We'd Like to See</h2><ul style=""><li>5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer and market research</li><li>Deep expertise in crafting clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and positioning</li><li>Project management and analytical experience</li><li>Ability to prioritize and execute independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Outstanding verbal, written and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms</li></ul><h2>It Helps If You Have</h2><ul style=""><li>MBA or advanced degree</li><li>Experience in sustainability, climate adaptation, supply chain management and/or consumer goods</li><li>Experience in a high-growth SaaS company and in product-led growth</li><li>Experience working with global teams and a global customer base</li></ul><h2>Contract Details</h2><ul style=""><li>Hours: 40 hours per week</li><li>Compensation: $90 - $100 hourly</li><li>Location: Remote</li><li>Contract Details: This role will start as a contractor position with no set end date. Worldly reserves the right to end the contract with 30 days notice.
