What you will do-The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, supporting a global workforce. This role partners with HR and IT stakeholders to enhance system functionality, streamline HR processes, and improve the overall user experience.
