Interns are expected onsite Monday-Friday, with the exception of 9/80's. The 9/80 schedule is optional per the manager's discretion, based on intern project scope and timeline.</span></li><li><span>Non-local candidates may be considered but must arrange their own travel and temporary accommodations. A summer stipend will be provided to help offset out of pocket expenses.</span></li><li><span>Students must be available for the full duration of the internship from May 18 - Aug 7. Any personal time off must be approved by the supervisor as unpaid leave and should be noted with the recruiter as early as possible.</span></li><li><span>Interns will receive an hourly wage but are not eligible for benefits or paid time off. Interns will be compensated for observed company holidays.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Support geoscience team members with day‑to‑day tasks and project activities</li><li>Assist with data compilation, organization, and basic interpretation of subsurface data</li><li>Help prepare maps, exhibits, presentations, and technical documentation</li><li>Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to gain insight into subsurface workflows</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed</li><li>Follow established safety standards, procedures, and company policies</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Fully authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
