POSITION SUMMARY:  The Sr Analyst, People Analytics and Reporting is responsible for the intake, planning, communication, and oversight of complex projects utilizing HR data to provide HR and organizational leaders with the insight necessary to drive business decisions for a 43k employee Fortune 300 Company utilizing HRIS (Workday), Snowflake, and Power BI reporting &amp; analytics platforms.
