In this role, you will play a direct lead in completing planned and reactive service operations while transitioning into the technical operation of our systems. You will be responsible for the mechanical integrity of our units while increasingly taking on the configuration and startup of custom systems based on Mainspring's linear generators.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Mechanically repair and/or perform maintenance on components and assemblies that make up our generators in accordance with procedures and build checklists in order to meet customer requirements</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to fix, repair, and redesign components and assemblies</li><li>Conduct mechanical inspections of recently installed units, documenting condition information for use by our team for debugging or troubleshooting</li><li>Execute technical tasks and site operations with minimal supervision in variable environmental conditions, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong commitment to safety</li><li>Perform initial configuration and startup of custom linear generator systems based on established engineering parameters</li><li>Utilize and provide feedback on automation scripts and commissioning toolkits to streamline unit onboarding and testing</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience with mechanical assembly and/or repair.
