Interns are treated as valued team members with opportunities to collaborate across teams take ownership of projects and gain hands on experience while developing skills through mentorship and professional growth.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Intern Position Summary: </strong></div><div> </div><div>The intern will assist in developing technical documentation for EVSE charging operations and troubleshooting, perform failure analysis on charger components, and gain hands-on experience with industry practices and EVSE standards.</div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities: </strong><strong></strong></div><div><ul><li>Develop technical troubleshooting guides for EVSE systems</li><li>Conduct failure analysis on charger sub-components returned from the field and document findings in technical reports</li><li>Perform data cleanup and assist with data analysis and visualization to support charger performance and lifetime prediction</li><li>Perform a field visit to collect relevant data for root cause analysis.</li><li>Review and assess field service reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality metrics.</li></ul></div><div><strong>Required Skills and Experience:  </strong></div><div><ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline</li></ul><strong>Desired Qualifications:  </strong></div><div><ul><li>Experience with SQL for data querying</li><li>Familiarity with Python programming</li><li>Coursework completed in electrical circuits and power electronics</li></ul></div><div>The hourly pay for this position is $25.00/hour- $27.00/ hour USD.  The hourly pay may vary depending on job-related factors, including education, knowledge, skills, and experience.</div></div><div> </div><div> </div><div><div> </div><div><div> </div></div></div>
