In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives</li><li>Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement</li><li>Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget</li><li>Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and resolving conflicts</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success</li><li>Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed</li><li>Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants</li><li>Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures</li><li>Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities</li></ul>
