Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Strategic Business Partnering<ul><li>Act as a key advisor to operation business leaders and regional management, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with commercial, operations, HR, and administrative teams to drive business performance, cost efficiency, and investment planning.</li><li>Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling</li></ul>Financial Management<ul><li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for all business divisions</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with VAS and IFRS.</li><li>Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.</li></ul>Shared Service Center Coordination<ul><li>Manage and coordinate with the Indian Shared Service Center for all accounting-related activities.</li><li>Ensure alignment of accounting processes, data accuracy, and timely reporting.</li><li>Act as the key point of contact for issue resolution and process improvement between the Vietnam entity and the shared service team.</li></ul>Internal Control &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Evaluate and enhance internal control systems across all functions.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements in finance operations and reporting.</li><li>Ensure audit readiness and follow up on audit findings and remediation plans.</li></ul>Legal &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Act as the legal representative of the Vietnam entity, authorized to sign contracts and represent the company in legal and administrative matters.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese corporate, labor, and tax laws.</li><li>Maintain statutory records and coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities.</li></ul>Hands-On Leadership<ul><li>Be actively involved in day-to-day finance operations and problem-solving.</li><li>Lead by example, working closely with the team on operational tasks and challenges.</li><li>Mentor and develop the finance, HR, and administration teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting; CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience in internal control improvement, business partnering, and shared service coordination.</li><li>Strong understanding of Vietnamese financial and legal regulations.</li><li>Fluent in Vietnamese and English.</li><li>Hands-on working style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>High integrity and ethical standards.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.</li><li>Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
