The Customer and Partner (CPX) Insights Intern will work closely with the CPX Operations Enablement, Communications, and/or Resourcing teams to develop interactions with customers and employees. You'll gain skills in communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, and process improvement while supporting various operational tasks.What You'll Do<ul><li>Gain skills across communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, process improvement, and technical proficiency</li><li>Create internal and external resources, visuals, and communications</li><li>Assist with data collection and analytics for a variety of projects</li><li>Audit internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Use a range of editing software to trim, arrange, and edit recorded video sequences</li><li>Facilitate 1:many customer communication campaigns and engagements</li><li>Assist with creating enablement materials for new hires</li><li>Support and organize internal communication channels</li><li>Scope professional development and other employee training resources</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Communications, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong focus on action, results, and continuous improvement</li><li>Interest in building a career in data analytics, communication, and/or enablement</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office and G Suite</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Minimal travel</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li></ul>Sponsorship Requirements<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul> When can you expect to hear back?
