The Intern - Creative Marketing contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives. Depending on the team you support, you may work on creative production, graphic design, or a combination of both, providing quick and reliable support for a wide range of design and production needs.What You'll Do<ul><li>Complete recurring, lower-complexity design tasks (e.g., production work, formatting, asset resizing, and templated design quick turns)</li><li>Prepare visual assets for internal/external presentations and maintain the design library</li><li>Work with stakeholders to determine project needs and specifications</li><li>Use a variety of videography, photography, and production software, equipment, and techniques to produce high-quality content</li><li>Provide the setup, recording, and editing of audio communications to ensure professional quality</li><li>Edit segments of motion video production footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color for post-production</li><li>Assist with the production of live events such as podcasts, webinars, and all-company meetings</li><li>Help with maintaining and monitoring equipment and systems utilized for presentations and conferencing</li><li>Design and develop various forms of media for use in print or digital format</li><li>Execute projects for both online and print products that reflect Workiva brands and its creative components</li><li>Collaborate with other members of the Corporate Marketing team and provide creative input on projects</li><li>Maintain a library of approved iconography and refine media products and presentations to provide a uniform identity for all materials</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement</li><li>The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines</li><li>A portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our team</li><li>If Creative Production focused: Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut X, or iMovie)</li><li>If Graphic Design focused: Experience with technical platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Minimal travel </li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li></ul>Sponsorship Requirements<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future </li></ul> When can you expect to hear back?
