In this role, you will be involved in engineering projects, new process deployment, and continuous improvement in partnership with production teams. Purpose-built for high-volume, advanced battery production, Form Factory 1 is a hub of fast-moving, collaborative work driving a new era of large-scale American energy manufacturing in the heart of the Rust Belt. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements.</li><li>Assist in equipment commissioning.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.</li><li>Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.</li><li>Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes</li><li>Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry, including strip charts, PI/OSI, run charts, etc.</li><li>Capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems independently when the existing “manual” doesn't have the answer</li><li>Proficient in digital documentation, including the ability to accurately enter data and navigate basic spreadsheets</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a dynamic production environment.</li><li>Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to promoting a safe working environment.</li><li>Basic electrical competence desired but not required</li></ul>#LI-Onsite#LI-JM2Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
