Our national Building Engineering team are looking for a technically strong Principal Electrical Engineer to join their team. You will be leading a wide variety of Building Services projects across key market sectors.Please note that this role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.<ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of sophisticated electrical engineering solutions across health, defence, transport, data centres, sports facilities, and other complex building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Act as the senior technical authority on major projects, providing expert review, guidance, and oversight of electrical design, installation strategies, and system integration.</li><li>Oversee multiple electrical projects concurrently, balancing technical rigor, program delivery, and client expectations to achieve successful outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into broader building services, offering technical insight on lighting, power distribution, fire and life safety, and low-voltage systems.</li><li>Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovative thinking, and professional development across the team.</li></ul>
