In this role, you will connect SAM business stakeholders with the AI &amp; Enterprise Data organization, drive adoption of analytics and AI capabilities, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance service operations and asset performance.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison between SAM stakeholders and the AI &amp; Enterprise Data team to ensure analytics and AI initiatives support organizational goals.</li><li>Lead the execution of Xylem’s Data Strategy and Roadmap for the Service &amp; Asset Management process area.</li><li>Build and sustain strong partnerships with SAM leaders to ensure AI and analytics solutions translate into tangible business impact.</li><li>Collaborate with business partners to identify, assess, and prioritize high‑value opportunities for data‑driven insights and advanced analytics.</li><li>Translate SAM business needs into actionable AI, data, and analytics initiatives with clearly defined and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Lead programs that strengthen AI and analytics literacy across SAM through training, enablement, and change management.</li><li>Drive adoption of self‑service analytics tools and AI‑powered solutions that empower frontline teams and streamline decision‑making.</li><li>Promote best practices in data visualization, predictive modeling, and generative AI applications aimed at improving service operations and asset lifecycle performance.</li><li>Support enterprise data governance by championing data quality, data security, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.</li><li>Advocate for standardized delivery methodologies, processes, and tools across analytics and AI projects.</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations to fuel continuous improvement and innovation in SAM workflows.</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles.</li><li>5+ years of experience in business relationship management, program management, or leading cross‑functional initiatives.</li><li>Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across technical and operational teams.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of Service &amp; Asset Management (SAM) processes.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience applying AI or advanced analytics within service operations or asset‑intensive organizations.</li><li>Background in enterprise data governance, data architecture, or data quality management.</li><li>Experience building and delivering analytics or AI training and enablement programs.</li></ul>Additional InformationPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job.
