In this role, you will connect business leaders with the AI &amp; Enterprise Data organization, accelerate adoption of analytics and AI capabilities, and drive measurable business impact across RTR and S2P operations.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison between RTR/S2P stakeholders and the AI &amp; Enterprise Data team to ensure analytics and AI initiatives support organizational goals.</li><li>Lead the execution of Xylem’s Data Strategy and Roadmap for the RTR and S2P process areas.</li><li>Build strong partnerships across Finance and Procurement to ensure AI and analytics solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high‑value opportunities for data‑driven insights and advanced analytics.</li><li>Translate business objectives into actionable AI, data, and analytics initiatives with measurable outcomes.</li><li>Lead and deliver programs that expand AI, data, and analytics literacy through training, enablement, and change management.</li><li>Drive adoption of self‑service analytics tools and AI‑powered solutions to empower RTR and S2P teams.</li><li>Promote best practices in data visualization, predictive modeling, and applications of generative AI for business problem‑solving.</li><li>Support enterprise data governance by championing data quality, security, stewardship, and compliance across analytics initiatives.</li><li>Advocate for standardized tools, processes, and delivery methodologies across all analytics and AI projects.</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and innovation within RTR and S2P processes.</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy.</li><li>5+ years of experience in business relationship management, program management, or cross‑functional leadership.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and technology teams.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of Record‑to‑Report (RTR) and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Experience deploying AI solutions within Finance or Procurement functions.</li><li>Background in enterprise data governance, data architecture, or data quality management.</li><li>Experience leading analytics and AI enablement or training programs.</li></ul>Additional InformationPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job.
