In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that quality standards and initiatives are consistently achieved within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The day shift schedule follows a 2-2-3 rotation, with hours from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Initial training will be conducted on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Gain an understanding of a specific Sensus product design, including materials and manufacturing requirements while working with cross-functional teams</li><li>Develop and maintain inspection reports</li><li>Conduct routine quality inspections and analyze data</li><li>Perform product audits</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities in quality control processes</li><li>Facilitate Root Cause Analysis through various problem-solving tools and techniques on internal concerns or external customer returns</li><li>Supporting product Quality Engineers to achieve objectives</li><li>Participate in 5S projects and safety meetings.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Quality ASQ certification a plus</li><li>Manufacturing experience preferred</li><li>Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings</li><li>Ability to use a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment</li><li>Can work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to follow written directions</li><li>Works well with others in a team environment</li></ul>Physical Demands:(The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
