Requirements:<ul><li>As a sales support, will answer to customer queries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments at Skills and Solution Centre. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences etc.</li><li>Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Regular follow ups with sales team and check on order bookings status.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with Customer Order processing function for order processing.‍</li><li>Maintain an organized and presentation and system for administrative and sales professionals.</li><li>Compiling of various sales data and providing inputs and support the sales department.</li><li>Supporting in sales initiatives and events organised at regions, managing tracker and compiling reports.</li><li>Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, payment follow-ups.</li><li>Handling administrative duties for the company.</li><li>To maintain and upkeep the solutions and skill centre and maintain the decorum and ambience at all the time.
