This role is focused on analysis, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure subscription revenue is accurate, complete, and timely across multi-portfolio, multi-state operations. As a key member of the Subscriber Operations team, this position will provide analytical support and operational execution that enable effective revenue oversight, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Revenue Monitoring &amp; Support: Support revenue optimization efforts by monitoring subscription revenue collection and identifying potential leakage or discrepancies. Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes in alignment with established best practices.</li><li>Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting: Perform recurring financial analyses to track revenue trends, variances, and risks. Prepare inputs and supporting schedules for executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.</li><li>Reconciliation &amp; Issue Resolution: Reconcile expected subscription revenue based on production and subscriber terms against actual bill credits and payments by production period. Investigate variances, document findings, and support resolution through coordination with internal teams and third parties.</li><li>Risk &amp; Control Support: Assist with audits, assessments, and control checks to identify revenue discrepancies and data integrity issues.
