This is a client facing role that will include working with our Sales team to support Business Development efforts. This team member will lead a high performing team on exciting energy efficiency consulting projects. This job requires a fully qualified engineer who has shown previous success as a Project Manager or Senior Energy Engineer. </span></div><br><br><h3>Job Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Lead completion of energy audits, retro-commissioning, investigations, and carbon reduction (decarbonization) audits of various facilities - primarily in industrial facilities, occasionally including healthcare, laboratory, higher education, commercial, and municipal facilities. </li><li>Lead business development from the service line by analyzing market trends, partnering with sales staff for client outreach strategies, developing proposals, scopes of work, etc. and participating in discussions with clients as the subject matter expert. </li><li>Identify energy conservation projects that include both capital and operational measures </li><li>Analyze data from temporary data loggers, permanent submeters, and customer provided BMS trend data to identify and quantify opportunities </li><li>Troubleshoot faulty systems and provide recommendations for corrective actions </li><li>Perform calculations of energy savings and help develop calculation templates </li><li>Prepare project implementation cost estimates </li><li>Review engineering designs, shop drawings, operation &amp; maintenance manuals, and other construction documentation </li><li>Prepare technical reports and presentations and assist in presenting to clients and senior leaders </li><li>Ensure that savings projects for identified projects are plausible and financial risk is identified </li><li>Experience with ongoing measurement and verification of projected energy savings is a plus </li><li>Attend jobsite meetings and field surveys as required </li><li>Manage execution of projects and associated staff assignments to ensure timely client deliverables and quality </li><li>Work with national clients to help achieve sustainability goals </li><li>Develop and train Project Engineers and Associate Project Engineers </li></ul><h3>Essential Functions:</h3><ul><li>Drive repeat business through excellent work;
