If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><div> </div><div>The role:<br>• Design and develop low-voltage vehicle control boxes and define functional and performance specifications using established best practices (e.g. LVJB, OBC, DCDC, GWSW, fuse boxes, ECU, etc.).<br>• Design fixtures and rigs of EV battery models.<br>• Collaborate with supply chain and hardware/software engineers to ensure coherent design and timely release.<br>• Coordinate CAE, design, prototyping, and testing of components, including documentation of activities.<br>• Lead failure analyses and conduct experiments to propose design revisions and solutions.<br>• Oversee documentation, including BOM, assembly drawings, and design specifications.<br>• Troubleshoot issues from manufacturing and assembly plants.<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Familiarity with PCBA, casting, sheet metal, and injection molding part design.<br>• Experience with DFM, DFA, and prototyping techniques.<br>• Demonstrated understanding of design for relevant manufacturing processes.<br>• Strong proficiency with CATIA CAD Tool (preferred V6).<br>• Fluent in Mandarin and working level proficiency in English.<br><br>Preferred:<br>• Technical problem-solving abilities based on a solid grasp of engineering fundamentals.<br>• Strong written and spoken English, i.e. actively participate in English-speaking meetings.<br>• Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.</div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
