Through partnerships with utilities, EPCs, non-profits, and government agencies, we install distributed energy resources (DERs) at residential and small commercial sites to build virtual power plants (VPPs) at scale. We operate two business units, Direct and Channel, that address the needs of our partners and end consumers. We’re building a team of passionate, pragmatic problem-solvers who are committed to making clean energy simple, equitable, and reliable for everyone. </p><p>The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will be a foundational leader in designing Haven’s supply network and OEM partner ecosystem. This person will own procurement execution today while building scalable supplier programs, including RFP processes, recruitment, onboarding, and end-to-end operational support, as Haven grows.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>Haven Energy is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship-oriented supply chain leader to own procurement, logistics, and supplier strategy across our rapidly expanding solar + storage operations. </p><p>This role blends hands-on execution with strategic program development, covering everything from hardware sourcing and inventory planning to building scalable supplier and distribution programs that support projects from design through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Digital, and Channel teams to ensure Haven has the right materials, suppliers, and logistics systems in place, on time, at the right cost, and with exceptional reliability.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><h3>Supply Chain &amp; Procurement Ownership</h3><ul><li>Lead sourcing, purchasing, forecasting, and delivery coordination for solar + battery equipment across Haven’s project portfolio.</li><li>Develop and manage inventory practices that support just-in-time delivery and distributed field operations.</li><li>Maintain clear reporting on pricing, spend, fulfillment, delivery performance, and supplier service levels.</li><li>Develop strategies and tactics to drive down hardware and labor costs over time.
