This role offers hands-on transactional exposure, direct interaction with brokers and clients, and close collaboration with senior leadership on strategy and execution.</span></div><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">What you’ll do</b></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Underwrite and structure credit insurance solutions for energy transactions</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Assess counterparty credit risk and complex financial structures</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Work directly with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Support strategic initiatives and process improvements</span></div><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">What we’re looking for</b></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*2–5 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to power markets,      project finance, construction lending, or credit risk</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Strong financial analysis and communication skills</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Curious mindset, proactive attitude, and able to work independently</span></div><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">Relevant experience may include</b></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Credit insurance (junior/associate underwriter)</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Energy project finance (analyst/associate)</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Commodities trading in power or electricity markets (analyst/associate)</span></div><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">Qualifications</b></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Experienced in financial statement analysis or formal credit training </span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*CFA or similar designation (or in progress) a plus</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</span></div><br><br><br><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">If you’re excited about clean energy, structured finance, and building something new, we’d love to hear from you.
