Under the leadership of the Department Manager, this role leads OEE performance analysis, lean project execution, employee engagement initiatives, and standardization efforts to improve production efficiency, equipment utilization, and operational discipline.</p><div><hr></div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Lean Manufacturing &amp; Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li><p>Conduct statistical analysis of workshop OEE data and implement improvement measures to increase equipment efficiency and line performance.</p></li><li><p>Establish and lead lean improvement project teams to promote employee-driven, proposal-based improvements.</p></li><li><p>Organize and execute plant-wide lean improvement activities.</p></li><li><p>Lead on-site 5S initiatives and continuous improvement programs.</p></li><li><p>Assist in developing and maintaining standard work and lean documentation.</p></li></ul><h3>Operational Performance &amp; Capacity Analysis</h3><ul><li><p>Coordinate with workshop teams to collect, verify, and calculate OEE data.</p></li><li><p>Prepare capacity analysis reports and conduct production line capacity evaluations.</p></li><li><p>Improve equipment takt time, reduce equipment failure rates, and increase production capacity.</p></li><li><p>Drive improvements in equipment efficiency and production flow.</p></li></ul><h3>Training, Engagement &amp; Governance</h3><ul><li><p>Train workshop employees on lean tools and methodologies to build continuous improvement culture.</p></li><li><p>Organize weekly and monthly lean project review meetings.</p></li><li><p>Track, report, and communicate improvement progress and results.</p></li><li><p>Support headquarters-led lean initiatives at the factory level.</p></li><li><p>Mobilize employee participation, conduct evaluations, and support recognition/reward programs.</p></li></ul><h3>Standards, Compliance &amp; Sustainability</h3><ul><li><p>Compile, revise, and maintain lean standard documents.</p></li><li><p>Supervise implementation and compliance of lean standards.</p></li><li><p>Own and lead factory-wide 5S programs and sustainability.</p></li></ul><div><hr></div><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</h3><ul><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.</p></li><li><p>High learning agility and adaptability.</p></li><li><p>Strong execution discipline and operational focus.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong team leadership and collaboration mindset.</p></li></ul><div><hr></div><h2>Preferred Experience</h2><ul><li><p>Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence roles.</p></li><li><p>Experience with OEE systems, performance analytics, and production metrics.</p></li><li><p>Manufacturing experience in battery, EV, automotive, industrial, or high-volume production environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and CI initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
