This role is responsible for operational coordination, data analysis, reporting, meeting governance, and cross-functional support to ensure standardized operations management, KPI performance, and continuous improvement.</p><div><hr></div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Operations Management &amp; Execution Support</h3><ul><li><p>Support daily operational activities, including data collection, reporting, and timely submission of operational reports.</p></li><li><p>Assist department leaders in establishing, improving, and continuously optimizing the operations management framework, including planning, target setting, monitoring, review, and adjustment processes.</p></li><li><p>Support standardized and systematic operations management practices.</p></li></ul><h3>Planning, Alignment &amp; Performance Management</h3><ul><li><p>Coordinate the development, alignment, execution monitoring, and evaluation of annual and monthly operational plans.</p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and site performance goals.</p></li><li><p>Interface with cross-functional teams to support goal deployment, breakdown, execution, performance evaluation, and closed-loop management.</p></li></ul><h3>KPI Tracking &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li><p>Track, inspect, and evaluate operational progress and KPI achievement.</p></li><li><p>Prepare analytical performance reports for management.</p></li><li><p>Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Provide structured recommendations and improvement actions to leadership.</p></li></ul><h3>Meeting Governance &amp; Coordination</h3><ul><li><p>Manage site-level major operational meetings, including:</p><ul><li><p>Meeting planning and scheduling</p></li><li><p>Agenda preparation</p></li><li><p>Meeting minutes documentation</p></li><li><p>Action item tracking</p></li><li><p>Closure and follow-up execution</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Coordinate routine operational meetings and continuous improvement activities.</p></li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional &amp; Administrative Support</h3><ul><li><p>Provide cross-functional coordination and operational support.</p></li><li><p>Assist in performance management processes.</p></li><li><p>Support OPL (One Point Lesson) activities and continuous improvement documentation.</p></li></ul><div><hr></div><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher required.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or large organizational environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience in operations management, planning management, or cross-functional coordination preferred.</p></li></ul><h3>Skills &amp; Competencies</h3><ul><li><p>Strong learning agility with ability to rapidly understand new systems and processes.</p></li><li><p>High execution discipline with strong follow-through capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Strong data analysis and reporting skills.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and operational accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</p></li><li><p>Mandarin proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong team-oriented mindset.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
