You will lead a large, diverse team of direct report manufacturing associates, comprising both direct employees and contract labor. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring strong operational expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment ranging from prototyping and trials to high-volume production.You will ensure that all production goals are met on time and act as the vital link between associates and the Production Manager to maintain a continuous improvement culture. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Production Leadership &amp; Oversight: Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the Pack production line for the day shift to meet all production, quality, and safety targets.</li><li>Large Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct employees and contract labor.
