About the role: BlueWave has an immediate opening for a Senior Director of Capital Markets, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. As the Senior Director of Capital Markets at BlueWave, you will oversee all aspects of transaction execution, financial modeling, pricing and due diligence for renewable energy projects. You will serve as the key subject matter expert for financial modeling and renewable energy financing, leading the team in structuring and closing deals. A core component of this role is managing relationships with project investors, including tax and cash equity partners, debt providers, and consultants, while ensuring seamless investor due diligence and deal closure. You will take ownership of project finance valuation models and tools, ensuring they remain current and aligned with market trends.
