As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies for our projects, ensuring efficient and accurate 3D modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain BIM models for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM processes into project workflows and enhance overall efficiency</li><li>Create and manage BIM content libraries, including families, templates, and standards</li><li>Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts in the model</li><li>Generate high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models</li><li>Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices</li><li>Implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures</li><li>Participate in project meetings and contribute to BIM execution plans</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends</li><li>Assist in the development of BIM-related proposals and presentations for clients</li></ul>
