This includes supporting and updating the procedures for building, testing, QA inspecting, and troubleshooting these devices.</li><li>Identify and resolve hardware issues independently, proposing design improvements based on testing insights</li></ul><h3><strong>Within the first 6 months:</strong></h3><ul><li>Support the transition of new hardware designs from prototype to manufacturing, ensuring quality standards are maintained.</li><li>Support field testing of our transmission line monitoring devices for the purposes of data collection, research and development.
