You will be expected to work closely with cross functional teams to optimise operational performance by enhancing data quality, optimising delivery models and driving process efficiency in line with the company’s growth objectives. We’re scaling operational efficiency across the business—standardizing processes, instrumenting telemetry, and converting data into decisions. You’ll sit at the junction of ops, data, and change management: diagnosing bottlenecks, building the data layer and dashboards that expose them, and partnering with leaders to land measurable improvements.Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Excellence Associate/Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic transformation and continuous improvement across the division.
