Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision making. Responsibilities: Financial Analysis • Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support decision making • Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities • Monitor and report on financial performance • Prepare financial models and forecasts • Analyze market trends and competitor data • Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement Budgeting and Forecasting • Develop annual budgets and forecasts • Monitor and analyze budget variances • Identify and recommend cost saving measures • Participate in the development of long term financial plans • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management Financial Reporting • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for variances • Communicate financial results to stakeholders • Assist in the preparation of regulatory and compliance reports Data Management and Analysis • Gather, organize, and maintain financial data • Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns • Develop and maintain financial databases and systems • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions • Train and assist team members on financial data management and analysis Cross Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives • Participate in cross functional projects and provide financial expertise • Represent the finance team in meetings and discussions with other departments Compliance and Audit • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws • Participate in internal and external audits • Identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues • Maintain accurate and organized financial records • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
