Prepare bill of quantities for engineered items. Participates in project review meetings.</li><li>Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for for overall system design of offshore and onshore substations. Develop power supply system architecture and perform sizing calculations for substation systems.</li><li>Project Management: Manage and lead all engineering activities of the project or tender. Create work plans and cost estimates for engineering tasks. Coordinate with internal and external partners and sub-suppliers.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with sales and tender management, project management, project site installation and commissioning teams. Lead and attend discussions with customers, handle queries, and take necessary actions.</li><li>Procurement Coordination: Prepare specifications, check supplier offers, and coordinate with supply chain management for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.</li><li>Risk and Opportunity Management: Support risk assessments and report potential risks.
