Remote flexibility may be considered during the school year.YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Create engaging content: Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational tone and style.</li><li>Event coordination: Assist in planning, organizing and promoting internal events such as global town halls, employee recognition programs and community initiatives.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.</li><li>Explore our other team areas: Support projects in public relations, branding, social media and graphic design to develop a well-rounded skill set.</li><li>Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to communication strategies.</li><li>Adaptability: Perform additional duties and participate in team initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the Global Branding &amp; Communications team.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a business-related field.</li><li>Strong written communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>STAND OUT QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>GPA of 3.0 or higher.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.</li><li>Experience with SharePoint Online and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.</li></ul></div>Pay Range: $18.00 - $37.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
