- Develop and optimize new processes and designs, creating deliverables like HMBs, P&amp;IDs, PFDs, UFDs, Process Data Sheets (PDSs), equipment specifications, validation plans and others.- Lead conceptual design, vendor integration, and review of technical packages.- Supervise, guide, and develop junior engineers and team leaders (leadership and mentorship).- Provide expert advice and technical guidance to internal/external stakeholders.- Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects and innovation.- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and vendor performance.- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legislative, and company Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHS &amp;S) standards.- Participate in safety studies and develop/implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).- Identify technical uncertainties and contribute to long-term business development plans.- Communicate business opportunities such as meeting with new clients- Support sales and BD for client's engagement, technical presentation and development of proposal in relation with process engineering related aspects.- This position reports to Regional Lead for Fuels and Power &amp; Gas in coordination with Regional Lead for Renewables &amp; Energy Transition and BD team At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
