In this dynamic position, you'll manage procurement activities that direct impact our production capabilities and customer satisfaction while working closely with multiple teams across the organization. </p><h2>What you'll get to do</h2><ul><li>Execute purchase orders for both production and non-production needs to ensure manufacturing operations flow smoothly</li><li>Support supplier quality management, including handling material returns and associated transactions </li><li>Collaborate with our quality team on supplier development initiatives</li><li>Create and maintain production schedules to optimize workflow</li><li>Process invoicing for sales orders and manage purchase order receipts in a timely manner</li><li>Support RFQ processes and maintain supplier relationships</li><li>Partner with Quality department to address non-conformance reports and improve supplier performance</li><li>Provide backup for distribution functions, including shipping clerk responsibilities</li><li>Keep the Product Fulfillment Manager informed about supply chain challenges such as lead time issues, shortages, and price changes</li><li>Coordinate product return activities including repacking, restocking, and invoicing</li><li>Participate in supplier and internal audits</li></ul><h2>What you bring to the team</h2><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks</li><li>Experience interpreting purchasing documents and procurement processing</li><li>Proficiency with business software incuding Excel, Outlook, and Adobe</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing demands based on customer expectationsand business impact</li><li>Self-motivated with an analytical problem-solving approach</li><li>Willingness to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li></ul><h2><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></h2><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
