Customer Enablement Content Ownership  <ul><li>Own and manage all customer-facing project and onboarding content from a CSM &amp; Product perspective</li><li>Translate live customer interactions, best practices, and project guidance into scalable self-service content</li><li>Ensure customers get project guidance through structured learning paths</li><li>Embed capacity building across multi-product portfolio</li></ul>Content Strategy &amp; Development  <ul><li>Design and continuously improve learning journeys, modules, and content formats for different customer roles, of different company sizes and industries</li><li>Create and maintain learning assets such as videos, tutorials, guides, slide decks, scripts, and FAQs (in English)</li><li>Ensure content reflects product updates, regulatory changes, and evolving customer needs</li></ul>Learning Management System (LMS) Ownership  <ul><li>Manage and curate content in the LMS, including structure, tagging, updates, testing, and publishing</li><li>Ensure high usability, discoverability, and consistency across all learning materials</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for customer content within the LMS</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration  <ul><li>Work closely with Customer Success and Support Managers to extract tacit knowledge and project experience, as well as frequently asked topics</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management to align content with product strategy and roadmap</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Continuous Improvement  <ul><li>Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and didactic quality</li><li>Collect feedback from customers and internal teams and translate insights into content improvements</li><li>Monitor content performance, use usage data and feedback to identify gaps and optimization opportunities</li></ul> What should you bring along?
