Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on IT project management experience within a manufacturing environment, but those with formal project management training are encouraged to apply.  Join a team where project management expertise directly impacts productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided. <h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>As a PMO representative, you will assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.</li> <li>Track project deliverables and timelines, updating project status as needed.</li> <li>Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project execution.</li> <li>Maintain project documentation, including reports and risk logs.</li> <li>Support issues and risk management processes.</li> <li>Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the PMO, IT department, and with others to ensure that best practices are shared throughout the organization.</li> <li>Ensure 100% adherence to all IT and organizational policy, processes, and procedures.</li> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer concerns a priority.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>1+ years’ experience in IT project coordination or administration.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences; listen actively and ask clarifying questions. </li> <li>Collaborate across functions and locations, build trust, and contribute to team success. </li> <li>Demonstrate a customer service mindset—anticipates needs, responds promptly, and follows through. </li> <li>Take ownership of outcomes; meet commitments with integrity and a safety-first approach. </li> <li>Solve complex problems with facts and structured thinking.</li> <li>Adapts to change, learn quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Skills/Experience<ul> <li>Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.).</li> <li>Understand project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).</li></ul> Let’s Build the Future Together  At ERMCO, your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your impact is real.
