Apply now to help us shape a more sustainable and efficient energy future. Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Manages the overall service delivery at customer plant to meet agreed commercial and operational targets.</li><li>Leads the plant organization and activities, ensuring optimal performance of customer plant and that maintenance and operations are performed safely, effectively, and in compliance with contracts.</li><li>Leads and develops plant personnel, planning activities, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing technical and operational guidance and training for professional growth.</li><li>Is accountable for the commercial and operational performance in line with contractual obligations.</li><li>Drives continuous improvement in plant processes and performance metrics, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.</li><li>Engages with customers and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure alignment with contractual and operational expectations.</li><li>Manages the plant budget, resources, being accountable for financial and operational performance.</li><li>Manages and develops plant resources, workforce and capabilities to meet current and future business needs.</li><li>Ensures compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a safe working environment.</li></ul> Skill-set requirements:1.
