Green Fusion is a German startup based in Berlin that supports the housing industry in driving the energy transition by optimizing and automating heating and energy management in buildings.Our culture is warm and people-centric, ambitious and focused in execution, with flat hierarchies, a “let’s do it” mindset, and an open feedback culture.<h2>Tasks</h2>You will open the French market for Green Fusion and build our business in France from the ground up, from positioning and pipeline to closing our first customer references.<ul><li>France market entry: Create and execute the go-to-market plan (market research, target customers, messaging, sales process).</li><li>Sales (hands-on): Identify and acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end (lead → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing).</li><li>Business Development: Build partnerships in France (e.g. contractors &amp; installation services, metering point operators, industry associations, adjacent PropTech companies) and develop scalable lead channels.</li><li>Pipeline &amp; Forecasting: Ensure CRM discipline, forecasting, KPI tracking, and deal reviews. You always know where revenue comes from and what’s next to unlock.</li><li>Cross-functional: Work closely with the CEO and teams across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.</li><li>Market feedback: Systematically gather insights from the market (competition, objections, feature gaps) and feed them back into the organization.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>We know that nobody fits a job description 100%.
