The Technical Asset manager will with work with third party O&amp;M service providers as well as other Prologis functions to optimize asset performance.  In this role you will be asked to lead and create new processes to support a fast-growing portfolio across EU. You will also collaborate with others to problem solve and expand best practices globally.  Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Monitoring and analyzing the performance of renewable energy assets, identifying any deviations from expected performance levels, and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinating inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of assets, maximizing energy production, and minimizing downtime.</li><li>Collecting and analyzing data related to asset performance, energy production, and maintenance activities to generate monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.​</li><li>Managing O&amp;M agreements including negotiations, compliance monitoring, and other various vendor management, documentation</li><li>Manage  O&amp;M related costs, invoice approval, support forecast and budget</li><li>Defining, and managing the technical handover from construction to operations. </li><li>Onboarding new systems </li><li>Researching and exploring best industry practices and new technology for monitoring and O&amp;M.</li><li>Administering all contractual guarantees. This may include performance and/or availability guarantees with multiple parties.</li><li>Improving and managing all equipment warranties and warranty claims.</li><li>Establishing and implementing a spare parts management system and strategy. </li><li>Assessing and mitigating risks associated with asset operations, including technical failures, and health and safety. </li></ul>Building blocks for successRequired:<ul><li>3-5+ years of direct experience managing or operating solar assets. Strong understanding of technical operations of Solar and / or Battery energy storage projects, including performance optimization.</li><li>Experience in managing contracts, including negotiation, compliance monitoring, and vendor management.</li><li>Prior history in negotiating and resolving complex issues through strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Python, or specialized software for energy monitoring and analysis.</li><li>Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
