We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, processes and system navigation in line with SLAs and quality expectations.</li><li>Strive for swift and effective resolution of inquiries, ensuring that most requests are addressed promptly at first touch by leveraging readily accessible information and guidelines.</li><li>Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.</li><li>Maintain customer contact until request is resolved</li><li>Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant next level support as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with Global People Services – People Services team members to ensure alignment and consistency.</li><li>Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Share knowledge and best practices within the team.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in HR support or customer service preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with HR technology (i.e. Workday, case management tools) preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; Spanish/English/French a plus.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
